1/2 – 1 Ripe Avocado
1-2 Free Range Eggs
Pinch of Chilli Powder
Optional: Worcestershire Sauce
1. Turn oven to 180c. In a small baking tray add avos and then plop the eggs into where the stone is meant to be.
2. Sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and chilli powder, bake for 15 minutes or less if you want eggs runny. Drizzle with a splash of worcestershire sauce.
