This winning smoothie combination of blueberries, bananas, honey, cinnamon and almond milk will have you singing on the ceiling before 9am. Kickstarting your day with a boom!! Read one of my old posts here on the wondrous benefits of bananas. Blueberries full of vitamin C, cinnamon is great for your muscles, so the perfect post-workout drink. Almond milk is my favourite for smoothies, its light, paleo friendly and has a wonderful nutty taste to it.
1 Ripe Banana
1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
400ml Almond Milk
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
Squirt (1 Tbsp) Honey
Pop all ingredients into a tall jug and blitz with a whizz stick.
