“Bobotie” is a fabulous old family favourite. It was a staple in our household, which fed a family of 4. The great thing about this dish is you just throw all ingredients in together, mix and whack in the oven. It is Mum’s take on the classic South African curried mince dish.
I have changed this recipe slightly and I also added some extra spice from a brilliant company I am working with at the moment SOUK spice, the results were fantastic and I would highly recommend this dish for any night of the week, accompany it with a side of minty peas or a large green salad. Under $10 to make.
