I thought I would give you some inspiration for your next breakfast. We can always get stuck into the same dull routine of breakfast and I thought I would jazz it up a bit. A very simple one. Which I can guarantee will take under 5 minutes to make(quicker than toast!!) Puffed quinoa is full of low release energy and will help you keep going all morning. Banana and Passionfruit Pulp will give you that much needed morning sweetness, with a dash of honey.
2 or 3 Big Dollops of Greek Yoghurt
1/3 Cup Puffed Quinoa
1 Banana, finely sliced
Half Tsp Vanilla Essence
Lg Squirt Honey
3 Tsps fresh or bought Passionfruit Pulp
1. In a little mixing bowl add yoghurt, quinoa puffs, honey and vanilla and mix until all combined
2. Scatter sliced banana and drizzle passionfruit pulp on top and few more quinoa puffs
There you have it a fabulous simple breakfast.
