Makes about 8 good sized patties
500g Organic Beef Mince
1.5 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
2-3 Tsp Chilli Paste
1 White Onion, finely chopped
1 Free Range Egg
2 Garlic Cloves, crushed
Sea Salt & Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well with your hands.
2. Roll into patty sized pieces and either whack on the BBQ unit crispy on the outside or freeze in seal proof containers until a later date.
