I love granola in the mornings, it picks you up and gets you going. I like it sprinkled on Greek yoghurt, fresh figs and a drizzle of raw honey, just add milk or even on top of porridge to give it a little extra crunch.
Designed to be slow releasing energy with a low GI and high in protein thanks to the oats, puffed quinoa and teff. Sesames are really high in calcium which is great for bones (if you are vegan get eating your sesame seeds, sprinkle on salads or in porridge etc.) Cinnamon and honey have a carminative effect. All in all a brilliant all-rounder to get you kickstarted in the morning.
