Keeping this simple this morning with my coconut water and frozen blueberry blast with fresh mint. I love this breakkie drink any morning of the week.
I especially like it after I have been to the gym. Its refreshing and hydrating.
If you haven’t bought yourself a whizz stick. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Great for soups, smoothies, dips, hummus. A general must have in the kitchen. I have some included some ones that are currently on offer at the bottom of the page.

400ml Coconut Water
1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
Handful Fresh Mint leaves
Pop all ingredients into jug and blitz with your whizz stick. Drinks with a straw!
