Goats cheese and Red Onion Marmalade are a match made in heaven. These are my best go-to party snack for mates popping over for a dinner or just drinks.
12 Tartlet Shells (buy here from Coles (Australia))
1/2 Log Goatscheese
Red Onion Marmalade
Finely Chopped Parsley for Decoration
Turn oven on to 180c. Into each little tartlet shell, evenly distribute, half a teaspoon of red onion marmalade by a teaspoon size piece of goats cheese. Pop them in the oven for 7-10 minutes until goats cheese is bubbling and little tartlets are slightly browned.
Sprinkle finely chopped parsley and serve on a board.
