1 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
1. Turn oven to 180c. Get a large mixing bowl. Add porridge oats, flax seeds, honey, coconut oil (melted), cocoa powder, salt and brazil nuts. Mix together and make sure all is evenly coated.
2. Line a shallow tray with greaseproof paper and pop in the oven for 20 minutes. Be careful not to burn so just check at 15minutes.
3. Pop back in mixing bowl and stir in goji berries and dates. You can add other nuts and berries at this time.
4. Best served with sliced banana, grapes and a cup of milk or a dollop of greek yoghurt.
