Food Processor, Lemon Squeezer, Spoons from Rosedog & Co
1 x tin chickpeas (washed)
1 x lemon (squeezed)
1 x tablespoon Tahini
1 1/2 x Teaspoons Garlic Paste
Half Bunch Corander Leaves & Stalks (Finely Chopped)
1 x Glug Olive Oil
1 x Teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
Salt & Peppar to Season
Literally, put in all together in food processor. Blitz & Season to Taste.
You can also add chillies, basil, capsisums to get different flavours of hummous.
