What better way than to have an indulgent after dinner sweet snack or a mid afternoon treat. Chocolate coated brazil nuts sprinkled with chilli or sea salt are the bomb-dizzle and almost guilt free too! Simple, quick & easy.
50g Dark Chocolate (I used 90% Cocoa Lindt)
150g Nuts ( I used Brazil Nuts, but you can use any nut you fancy!)
Sprinkling Sea Salt
Sprinkling Chilli Powder
1. Add dark chocolate into a glass bowl and gently melt over a pan of simmering water.
2. Add nuts, make sure they are coated.
3. Take them out and lay them onto some greaseproof paper. Sprinkle half with sea salt and half with chilli powder or both. Pop in the fridge until hard.
You can store in a seal proof container in the fridge unto a month.
