Kale Chips the healthiest alternative to his potato friends. A salty snack before supper or as munchies to any movie night. I cant begin to tell you how easy they are to whip up. Kale is a fantastic super food, full to the brim with iron. There are so many different ingredients you can add to this green leaf, you wont be running out of ideas anytime soon. I flavoured up these ones with smoked paprika & salt.
Bunch of Kale
1. Turn oven onto 180c. Line a shallow baking tray with greaseproof paper. Remove leaves from kale stalks and cut the leaves up into chip size pieces.
2. Lie them flat on the baking tray. Sprinkle with olive oil, sea salt, paprika and pepper.
3. Pop in the oven for 10 minutes or until they are crisping up and starting to turn brown. They look pretty good too…
