Roast Carrot, Garlic & Cannelloni Spicy Soup is a real combination of flavours which all work swimmingly well. A slight wintery number; encapsulating warming earthy spices of turmeric and chilli. Cheap to make, a few steps but I believe that good things come to those who wait! Vegan & Vegetarian Friendly too.
4. Pop into a food processor with roasted carrots and garlic (that should be done by now) and add 1.5 cups water, a good solid pinch of salt and also ground pepper. Blitz and then season to taste.
5. Serve with or with out a small dollop of greek yoghurt.
