My paleo, gluten free and vegan-friendly roasted capsicum dip is probably one of the simplest and easiest dips you can make. With a handful of ingredients, you will be making this dip every week. I absolutely loved this dip with a cheese plate (especially hard cheddars and soft goatscheese’), it also goes exceptionally well with some toasted or homemade flatbread or my homemade seeded crackers. Add some of my homemade labne, fresh olives to the mix and you have yourself a winning and exciting new antipasto plate.
