Movie Night! I have you covered. Sea Salt and Vinegar Chickpea Popcorn is a fabulous way to curb your cravings and still be healthy. You can add almost anything to the chickpeas.
I’m more of a savoury gal, so sea salt and balsamic vinegar was just up my street.
Simple and Easy to make for your Friday Night in
1 400g Can Chickpeas, drained, washed & dried
2 Tbsp Sea Salt
2-3 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Turn oven on to 180c. Line a shallow baking tray with foil. Add chick peas, add salt and vinegar and roll around ensuring the chickpeas are covered.
Leave in oven from 45 minutes to 1 hour until browned and crispy. Leave to cool then munch away.
NB: For toppings I would also try cayenne pepper for spice, smoked paprika, parmesan, mixed herbs0
